Personal Assistant to CEO at Malibu Quietude Meditation and Wellness brand. Our Malibu startup company is steadily growing and we are looking for energetic and creative individuals to grow with us. The Personal Assistant will be responsible for representing Malibu Quietude as its brand ambassador, for building lasting relationships with prospective and current clients, and for ensuring that clients are satisfied with our services. You will be responsible to consistently help develop and promote all wellness programs, retreats, events, promotions, and mutually beneficial collaborations. You will need to understand and convey to instructors and clients our meditation philosophy and become familiar with different types of meditation, yoga, and all wellness oriented classes that we are embracing in our practice. Meet and exceed company's goals. Effectively follow up with all students to inform them of promotions, and to ensure maximum products upgrades/conversions. Assist with implementing sales and marketing initiatives for the company. Actively promote on social media and other platforms, and sell Malibu Quietude programs, promotions, and retail products. Assist CEO when needed with company operations, product development and collaborative ventures. REQUIREMENTS: 1-2 years Sales experience required. Punctual, reliable and dependable. Knowledgeable in photoshop and other adobe programs, great with people in person and on social media, excellent customer service skills. Passion for health and wellness. Interested in meditation and the benefits that can be derived from a regular practice. Strong desire to help people and make this world a better place to be. COMPENSATION: Base plus bonus EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Part-time to start. Work from home and partially from our West Malibu studio office.
