Guided-The unity of all and the self-realization.

  1. Start with breathing. Breathe slowly, deeply, freely.

  2. Relax your body and your mind. Feel the grounding. Feel you and the Universe working as one in harmony, simultaneously. Creating a beautiful music, called life.

  3. Remind yourself of who you are. If you don’t it yet, then ask yourself, who are you?*

  4. Then, rest free in that realization.

  5. Once you know who you are and that you are an essential part of it all; you set yourself free to just be. Be and be enough, always. That is a part of our birth right, for better or worse. You are enough.
