1-Guided Meditation-Things change. They always do.

1. Gradually bring your attention to your body, to your breath and to your environment. Look within you and around you. Observe.

2. Pay attention to your senses. Breathe deeply till your body and mind feel relaxed. Find your own breathing pace and rest in it.

3. Acceptance of things we can’t change, is a first step to release all the stress and anxiety we carry.

4. Knowing that surrendering to what is, is not the same as giving up, allows that surrender to happen in action.

5. Remembering that things change sets you free to live your experiences with no resistance.
